The Digital Transformation Director will lead the services of Digital Business Transformation by using the i4 principles to add value to their Digital Business.
I4DigitalValue is developing a i4 Digital Center of Excellence (i4DCOE) to continuously Inspire, Ideate, Innovate and Invent Customers known, Unknown and Latent Needs.
The candidate should have skills on digital leadership, emerging revolutionary technologies, program execution, talent development and operational excellence. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be part of the leadership team.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and facilitation in closing digital transformation service opportunities across the industries
This role initially will have no supervisory responsibilities but have responsibility for a few full-time employees and 12+ contractors with expectation to lead the organizational growth.

The candidate must have
- 15+ Years of IT experience and 5 years in leadership positions
- Delivered Digital Business (At least 4 years) to Clients and a thorough understanding of Digital Portfolio for Client engagements
- Trained and Certified on Design Thinking by reputed schools of Design is a must having delivered Customer Experience engagements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in presenting digital concepts to senior stakeholders internal and client
- Demonstrated skills in Engineering Digital Transformation programs and delivery, Customer Experience, Agile Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Business Planning & Execution, intuition and judgment, creative Thinking and high cross-cultural awareness
- Has Developed business cases on Digital Transformation to realize Digital Value to their clients
- An ability to work with clients as an advisor, strategist and consultant in helping them transform their business objectives into digital strategies
- Have flexibility to travel within India and abroad
- Demonstrated experience in improving end user experience and recommending business valued technology solutions
- Establishes customized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client requirements.
- Proactively identifies avenues for continuous improvement for services across the company
- Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Digital business and technology; remains current with emerging industry trends and envisions new Digital capabilities to meet business needs
